What if I forget my username and/or password?

When registering, you have to answer one control question. If you forget your username and/or password, you must text the command \"PASS\" to our short code 144144 using your mobile phone. In reply, you will receive an SMS from the parking system containing your username and password.

How can I start mobile parking?

To start the parking you need to send an SMS with your parking zone code and your car license plate number to the number 144144.

How do I register?

Registration is free of charge. Follow the \"Register NOW!\" link on the home page of our website www.parking.mk. It will only take you about two minutes to fill in the necessary data. Registration is free of charge for all customers.

Why do I need a username and password?

When registering, you must choose a username and password. This will allow you to log in to your personal account on our website www.parking.mk and, for example, set certain preferences, view your past parking transactions as well as start and stop parking sessions or pay for your monthly parking costs online.

Is it possible to use more than one mobile phone number?

Customers who have not registered for the service -> You can use any T-Mobile, One and Vip mobile phone number. Customers who have registered for the service -> Registered users can link ten mobile phones to one account.

Is it possible to use the mobile parking service for someone else\'s car?

Yes, this is possible. By entering the car\'s license plate number in your start SMS, you can start and end a mobile parking session for any car you want, as long as only one car per mobile phone number is parking at a time.

Do I need to include the car license plate number in the start SMS if I always park with the same car?

No, you don\'t. The system automatically remembers the car you parked the previous time. If you use the same car, you can start parking by typing only the parking-zone code in your start SMS - there is no need to repeat the license number if you included it in your previous start SMS.

How do I know whether the system works or not?

You normally receive a confirmation message for each SMS command you send. This confirmation normally arrives between 5 and 15 seconds after you send your start or stop parking SMS.

What if I used mobile parking and still received a parking fine or fee?

The parking controllers will check our online database with the help of a connected mobile device. If your car is logged in our system for a valid parking session at the time of the parking fine or fee, managing parking operator will cancel the wrongfully issued parking fine or fee. In such a case, please immediately call our Helpdesk number 02 3215 566 or send an e-mail to info@parking.mk describing your problem.

I received an SMS message stating that my parking session was not started.

If you send a start parking SMS after the paid parking time in a particular zone, you will receive a message stating that the parking session was not started - this is because you don\'t have to pay for your parking.

How much does an SMS cost?

Each sent or received SMS costs 5 MKD.
